Last Friday, September 26, Alliance of Mercy employees gathered for a day of training that focused on two essential dimensions of institutional life: integrity in action and care for people.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The initiative, which brought together approximately 45 employees from various areas\u2014including administration, legal, human resources, communications, technology, resource mobilization, finance, and operations\u2014was more than a training activity. The meeting was part of the Alliance's internal ongoing training calendar and sought to deepen the values that underpin the institution's mission, also in their daily work lives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Ethics and empathy on the same path<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n The program was divided into two complementary moments. In the first, the lawyer Dr. Marina Prado Leite Sim\u00f5es<\/strong>, specialized in Compliance, Corporate Governance, Risk Management, Internal Investigations and Business Law, conducted training on the Anti-Corruption Policy<\/strong> of the Alliance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n In the second, the psychologist Rosana Menezes<\/strong> addressed the importance of welcoming and attentive listening in tune with the Yellow September<\/strong>, a suicide prevention campaign.
