Graduation from the electrician installer course at Casa Restaura-me: a new beginning in life

Last week, the Restore Me SP House, a project of the Alliance of Mercy, celebrated another important achievement: the graduation of 10 participants of the Electrician Installer Course, carried out with 160 hours of practical and theoretical classes, taught by Professor Renilson.

The course, which began in October with meetings on Monday and Friday mornings, provided those attending with the opportunity to acquire new professional skills. On Friday the 13th, the graduation ceremony marked not only the completion of the course, but also a new chapter in the lives of these participants, many of whom testified how the training brought dignity and renewed the hope in their lives.

The graduation ceremony was especially moving because of the testimonies of the graduates, who shared how the course gave them back their zest for life. According to the coordinators of Casa Restaura-me, the main objective is not only to teach technical content, but also to help participants rediscover the meaning of their lives.

This moment of celebration is a reflection of the impact that Home Restore Me has in the lives of people in vulnerable situations, offering not only training opportunities, but also reception and comprehensive care.

A Home Restore Me, in Brás, São Paulo, is one of the social projects of the Alliance of Mercy that serves people living on the streets and in extreme vulnerability. In addition to shelter, the project offers professional training, psychological and spiritual support and actions that help with social reintegration.

Through courses such as the Electrician Installation course, the House seeks not only to prepare those served for the job market, but also to restore their dignity, purpose and joy in life.

Moments of transformation like this graduation are only possible thanks to the support of generous people.
