Associação Aliança de Misericórdia provides assistance in the Institutional Reception Service in the Casa Lar modality, which aims to approach the family structure.

As a result, each Project has two houses with a maximum capacity of 10 children and adolescents in situations of personal, social and abandonment risk, with 20 housed per house, 40 in total, in principle, prioritizing children and adolescents with minimal chances of adoption and that they will probably be sheltered until they reach the age of majority. The Project also carries out family monitoring and affectionate godparents, as well as autonomy work for those welcomed.

The service methodology seeks to favor the development of aptitudes, capabilities and opportunities, so that children and adolescents are worked on in their autonomy and construction of values, obtaining minimum conditions to maintain themselves when they reach the age of majority.
