A Covenant of Mercy participated, with great joy and evangelizing mission, in the 3rd edition of Compliance and Business Ethics Congress, promoted by Brazilian Institute of Business Law and Ethics (IBDEE), on the day October 24, 2025, in São Paulo/SP. The event's theme was... “"Transformative Behaviors: Ethical Challenges and Solutions"”, bringing together leading figures from the legal, business, and academic fields to discuss current and relevant topics in the area of compliance.
A space for dialogue between ethics, social transformation, and evangelization.
The Alliance's participation in the congress represented a valuable opportunity to dialogue between the corporate world and the social and evangelizing mission of the Church. Ethics, one of the pillars of the event, is also one of the fundamental cornerstones of the spirituality and actions of the Alliance of Mercy.
With its own booth on site, the Alliance team was able to present to participants the main social projects developed, with special emphasis on... Vila Core, a space for welcoming, empowering, and social reintegration aimed at people in vulnerable situations. The public had access to informational materials, testimonials, and also products from social business “Alerta Core”, whose income is reinvested in maintaining the social activities of the organization.
Partnerships that bear fruit and promote dignity.
The Alliance deeply thanks the president of IBDEE, Godofredo Mendes Vianna, and the event organizers, who generously provided the space for the Alliance to present itself. The presence at the congress was not merely an institutional action, but a true commitment. A witness to God's Mercy in the midst of the professional world., demonstrating that it is possible, and necessary, to combine technical expertise with human and Christian values.
During the event, the following took place: Important contacts with companies, legal professionals, and representatives of civil society., Anyone interested in learning more about the Alliance's work and potentially becoming a partner in social causes that promote dignity, education, and life transformation.

In addition, IBDEE offered social tickets, making access to the congress more accessible to representatives of third-sector organizations, such as the Alliance.
Evangelizing with ethics and love: the mission continues.
The event was also an occasion for Public witness of faith and commitment to the poor., In an environment where social reality often seems distant, demonstrating the power of Mercy through concrete and structured actions is an essential part of the Alliance's charism.
As I said Bruna, a collaborator of the Alliance who participated in the congress:
“We are very happy to be here. We were able to introduce the Alliance to many who were not yet familiar with it, strengthen our ties with partners, and show that ethics and love for others go hand in hand. Our thanks to IBDEE for this invaluable partnership!”
