This Wednesday, July 24th, the results of the Top 20 BEST IN BRAZIL in 2024, and Aliança de Misericórdia is classified for the next stage in the “Social Actions” category of the Ibest Award! This recognition represents a lot for our institution, which for years has been dedicated to transforming lives and promoting social inclusion in different regions of Brazil and the world.

Currently, the Alliance is present in 46 Brazilian cities and six other countries, developing projects that range from actions in Cracolândia, in São Paulo, to educational programs for children and adolescents in vulnerable situations. Our commitment is to bring hope, dignity and opportunities to those who need it most.

In 2023, for example, the institution maintained 35 social programs which directly benefited thousands of people. We provide assistance to 39,310 homeless people, shelter 6,462 adults in difficulty, support around 1,300 families and provide essential care and education for 1,220 children and adolescents. Plus, we serve more than a million meals, fueling not just our bodies but also our hope for a better life.

Aliança de Misericórdia also continually invests in professional training, giving people assisted the necessary tools to achieve financial independence and reintegrate into society in a dignified and sustainable way. Our work has been a channel of hope for countless families and communities, promoting social transformation through concrete and human actions.

The definition of the Top 10 will be announced on August 29th. The iBest Award is one of the most important awards in the Brazilian digital scene, recognizing the excellence and impact of online initiatives. Being among the Top 20 in the Social Actions category amplifies our voice and gives us a greater platform to inspire others to engage in actions of solidarity and inclusion. This recognition is the result of the collective effort of all members of Aliança de Misericórdia and our partners, as well as countless volunteers, benefactors and beneficiaries.
