The donation of part of your income tax can be used in Funds directed to the protection of children and adolescents and you can even follow where the amount is being applied!

Take advantage of this benefit and deduct the amount due on your tax! By making your donation, you allocate that amount, which in any case must be paid, to projects that encourage the Education of children and adolescents. 

Get to know the Mercy Alliance project qualified to receive your donation: 

O São Miguel Early Childhood Education Center exists since 2013 and is located at al. Eduardo Prado, 108, Campos Elíseos, São Paulo (SP). It serves 100 children, from 4 months to 5 years and 11 months, from the Moinho Community, tenements and invasions in the region. As a result, Aliança de Misericórdia acts to transform the lives of children and their families through quality work in Early Childhood Education. 

Direct beneficiaries: 100 children, between 4 months and 5 years and 11 months.  

Indirect beneficiaries: 564 family members. 

HOW TO MAKE YOUR DONATION: 

PHYSICAL PERSON 

You can make your donation in two ways: directly in the statement or via bank transfer. To make a direct donation in the statement, simply:  

1. Open the “Donation Directly in the Declaration” form and choose Children and Adolescents, choose the Municipal Fund of São Paulo –SP;  

2. The program will issue a DARF for payment of the donation;  

3. After payment, it is necessary to send the proof of payment of the scanned donation, to the email institutional@aliancasocial.org;  

4. Upon receipt of the receipt, we will send you a Letter of Direction for you to sign and forward to the email institutional@aliancasocial.org. In this letter you will inform that the amount donated must be contributed to the Centro de Educação Infantil São Miguel project of the Associação Aliança de Misericórdia;  

5. In this modality, a receipt is not required, considering that the donation was made directly in the declaration.

2. After payment, it is necessary to send the proof of payment of the scanned donation, to the e-mail institutional@aliancasocial.org;  

3. Upon receipt of the receipt, we will send you a Letter of Direction for you to sign and forward to the email institutional@aliancasocial.org. In this letter you will inform that the amount donated must be contributed to the Centro de Educação Infantil São Miguel project of the Associação Aliança de Misericórdia;  

4. Next, the Fund will ask for your receipt to be attached to your statement. 

Donations can only be deducted from Income Tax if the taxpayer completes the declaration. Contributions made up to the last business day of the calendar year are considered direct deductions from the Individual Income Tax, up to the limit of 6%. Therefore, up to this limit, they do not bring a burden to the taxpayer (see the Federal Revenue simulator). For individuals who choose to proceed as determined by Law 12,594/12, based on the percentages informed, the procedure can be carried out up to 4/30 of the following year. 

LEGAL PERSON 

To donate, just follow these steps: 

1. Any legal entity that calculates the IR based on the actual profit can deduct up to 1% from the tax, that is, your company can donate up to 1% of the amount owed to the IR, and choose where your money should go!  

2. To make your donation to the CEI SÃO MIGUEL Project, simply deposit it into the bank account of the Municipal Fund for the Rights of Children and Adolescents:
