Mercy Alliance projects celebrate Children's Day with partner support.

Children and teenagers served by projects of the Alliance of Mercy participated in special celebrations for Children's Day. The activities took place between October 2nd and 9th and were carried out with the support of companies, benefactors, and collaborators, who contributed to offering experiences of leisure, creativity, and social interaction.

In Vila Cuore, the party took place on October 2nd, in partnership with benefactors from the company Checklist Eventos. The morning and afternoon classes, as well as the classes from the educational project, participated. The program included breakfast, toys, painting workshops, face painting, recreational activities, a circus show with a magician, a hairstyling and braiding workshop, and snack stalls. The children also received goody bags with sweets and toys.

On October 8th, the Padre Pio Community Center held a party with soap football, soap bubble workshops, slime making, and other games. The event was made possible thanks to contributions from benefactors, including the company Fator 5, who donated toys and sweets.

At the São Domingos Sávio Community Center, the celebration took place on October 9th. The children participated in a pinwheel workshop, a laboratory experiment with Dr. Eureca, the "10-Minute Mystery" challenge, a goal-kicking contest, and Air Soccer. Benefactors also contributed to the event.

These initiatives demonstrate how collaboration between social organizations, businesses, and individuals willing to contribute can expand opportunities for leisure, learning, and social interaction for children and adolescents.

A job that takes place all year round.

The Centers for Children and Adolescents (CCAs) are social assistance services that serve children and adolescents aged 6 to 14 years and 11 months during after-school hours. Their work aims to strengthen family and community ties and contribute to the holistic development of participants through socio-educational and social activities.

The continuity of these services depends on a support network that brings together teams, partners, volunteers, and donors. Contributions help maintain initiatives that offer spaces for interaction, learning opportunities, and social protection for children and adolescents.

Help keep this work going.
