On March 15th, the Casa Restaura-me Community Center, located in São Paulo (SP), hosted the graduation ceremony for the Installation Electrician Course. After three months of learning, nine students were honored and certified, ready to enter the job market with expertise in the area.
The ceremony was attended by SENAI coordinator, Débora, who expressed her emotion upon hearing the students' testimonies and witnessing their achievements. This initiative, the result of a partnership between Aliança de Misericórdia and SENAI, has been transforming lives since 2016.
Initially designed by Ricardo and Ana Lúcia Cavalieri, two friends from Aliança, the project came to life with the investment and sponsorship of the couple, who adapted the Casa Restaura-me space to house the courses.
The formalized partnership with SENAI in 2017 further increased the quality and reach of the program, guaranteeing professional certification to participants and consolidating Casa Restaura-me as a space for training and social inclusion.
Located in the Brás neighborhood, Casa Restaura-me is a reference in assistance to the homeless population. In addition to professional courses, the site offers a range of services and activities daily, including food, social assistance, personal hygiene, among others.
With a focus on rescuing human dignity, Casa Restaura-me seeks not only to provide immediate support, but also to give new meaning to trajectories and promote dignified re-entry into society.
In this way, the Aliança de Misericórdia remains committed to offering opportunities and building a more inclusive and fraternal future for all.
