Aliança de Misericórdia, in addition to social projects in Brazil, has social actions in four other countries, namely: Mozambique on the African continent; Venezuela and the United States in America; and Belgium on the European continent.

Social actions emerged during the religious missions that are developed in Mozambique, Venezuela and Belgium, in the face of the harsh local realities.
